About the Opportunity
MCL Talent Partners is sourcing motivated professionals for a leading national benefits provider expanding in Des Moines. Move from capped hourly or retail roles into a performance-driven career where your income is tied to your effort.

Daily Focus

Serve as primary point of contact for clients.
Help families with life and supplemental health benefits.
Manage accounts, renewals, and long-term relationships.
Operate with autonomy over your schedule and local book of business.

Qualifications

Strong communication and empathy.
Self-starter with a coachable mindset.
Customer service, retail, education, or admin backgrounds preferred.
Valid driver's license.

Job Highlights

Monday–Friday daytime — Reclaim evenings and weekends
Training: Complete onboarding + coaching + full licensing support
Growth: Clear path into leadership and management

Compensation

Performance-based with uncapped earning potential + performance bonuses
Target first-year range for dedicated reps: $45,000 – $90,000+ , depending on performance
