You will direct the functional activities, analysis, and re-design of functional requirements in the identified solutions space, while aligning to the overall Information Technology (IT) strategy.This role will focus on the following product marketing functions and supporting technologies: product experience marketing, digital asset management, syndication and digital shelf analytics. As a functional consultant you will strive to become a trusted advisor for your stakeholders, solving for complex challenges while supporting functional goals and processes. In addition, you will work with other IT teams to achieve desired outcomes. Finally, you will govern platforms and services for your respective Delta partners including brand and channel marketing.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Partner EngagementDevelop strong partnering relationships within the Company’s Brands and Channels, providing consultancy on business process and solutionsSupport strategic priorities and goals as well as contribute to the development of roadmaps in support of team goalsAssist in crafting Business Cases to identify projects to add to the IT PortfolioCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams (digital experience, product, business intelligence, creative) for alignmentCollaborate with the Product and Customer Data teams to develop shared processes, roadmaps and ways of workingEnable eCommerce and digital channel experiences by delivering scalable product data solutions that support online merchandising, syndication, and customer-facing platforms.Solutions Design & DeliveryMaintain an understanding of broad trends in the technology landscape and apply them to our goalsParticipate in overall business solutions designs including reengineering business processes, organization, and application architecturePartner with architecture teams to deliver end-to-end integration of product data across PIM, DAM, ERP, and downstream systems (e.g., eCommerce, web, and partner channels)Ensure that the projects aligned to the strategic roadmap for this business area are delivered with quality, timeliness, and cost-effectivenessAct as Project Coordinator for smaller Information Technology projects while ensuring your project portfolio is successfully executed, in regard to scope, budget, and timeliness of solution deliveryContribute to the roadmap, development and maintenance of the enterprise product data technology stackSolutions SupportHelp manage support resources (internal and external) for a timely resolution of support issuesDrive critical incidents in area of responsibility to completionAssist with the resolution of complex problems that cannot be resolved by business usersPartner with Solution Sustainment to seek opportunities to improve enterprise data management needs are being metAccountable for the day-to-day operations of the product data platforms supported by IT standard operating and support processesAccountable for performance and uptime of the solution as measured by department KPIsQualificationsBachelor's degree and 5+ years’ experience in crafting, delivering, and developing technical solutions to support business process and organization changeDemonstrable experience in developing professional business relationships and cultivating these relationships to drive value centric initiativesExperience managing (PIM) product information management systems such as InRiver, Stibo, Salsify - including automated workflowsData modeling and governanceSyndication and Digital Shelf Analytics and AI in the product spaceExperience managing (DAM) digital asset management systems such as BynderDemonstrated ability to leverage generative AI across varying toolsets to increase efficiencies while maintaining brand, privacy and governance standards.Creative and critical thinking, problem solving, business case development and achievementExperience working with external partners, including agencies and contractorsShown ability to implement new standards and processesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to understand technical information and translate that information to usersExecutes responsibilities with limited oversight requiredWhy Join Us?At Delta Faucet Company, our people are our greatest assets.
