Multi Craft Maintenance Technician

Join the team striving to be best at our plant in Cincinnati, OH as a Multi-craft Maintenance Technician. This is a night shift: 7pm - 7am, with a 3-day weekend every other weekend! The pay for this position is $33.85 per hour with room for growth. You will play a crucial role in identifying and preventing issues in the plant environment. You'll help us achieve our safety goals by proactively accessing your environment and attending to electrical issues or concerns, sharing your knowledge of safety rules and regulatory compliance with your colleagues and making the workplace safer and more productive. A Taste of What You'll Be Doing Maintaining Equipment and Amplifying Your Electrical Knowledge – Alternate between troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and on-the-spot machine repair. Demonstrate strong industrial electrical knowledge and mechanical skills, and document learnings. Analyzing Conditions and Providing Solutions – Identify and examine production equipment failures to understand root cause, interpret schematics and drawings, investigate and repair electrical and mechanical systems such as pneumatics, drives, hydraulics, and conveyors. Prioritizing Innovation and Communication – Seek ways to improve plant efficiency and cost savings, and maintain an open dialogue with your lead and supervisor regarding day-to-day activities. We're Looking for Someone With High School diploma or GED. Operational understanding of manufacturing processes. Demonstrated knowledge of behavior-based safety systems. Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift and complete repetitive physical tasks throughout the day, including occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
