This role provides direct resident engagement, behavioral support, staff mentoring, and oversight of structured cognitive, sensory, and life enrichment programming. The Coordinator Assistant will help ensure person-centered, safe, and therapeutic care practices for residents living with dementia.Education/Qualifications:Valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA/STNA) certification is required in the state in which you operateDementia Practitioner Certification preferred or ability to obtain within six (6) months of hireMinimum two (2) years' experience in long-term care, memory care, or dementia-focused programming.Shift & Wage:Full-Time Opportunity AvailableShift Needed: 1st*Program details can vary amongst buildings.
