Customer Service Cashier (San Antonio TX)

Now Hiring For The San Antonio Terminal
Sell and issue boarding tickets to passengers
Answer incoming telephone calls from the general public and provide information
Describe bus layout and seating locations
Respond to customer inquiries with accurate, up-to-date information
Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflict
Read, write, and communicate effectively in English and Spanish
Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
Generate daily report of all sales transactions
Other tasks assigned by the Terminal Supervisor
