- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience required.
- Pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collection experience.
- Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred.
- Keyboard/data-entry experience required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations, if required.
- Flexible availability for weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.
