DESCRIPTION Key Responsibilities Customer Experience & Service
- Provide a "Remarkable Experience" by connecting with guests and maintaining a friendly dine-in atmosphere.
- Master the Menu: Prepare beverages (including boba) and fulfill orders via POS, phone, and shipping.
- Efficiency: Work with urgency to ensure fast service and smooth order fulfillment.
- Baking: Manage cookie & product stock to prevent flavor shortages.
- Inventory: Proactively restock stations and coolers; alert Shift Leaders to low inventory before rush hours and EOD
- Cleanliness: Maintain a pristine environment through regular dining room, restroom, and kitchen stations.
- Safety: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized Back of House (BOH).
- Communication: Coordinate with the team for area coverage.
- Flexibility: Adapt to store changes and execute all tasks assigned by leadership to a high standard.
- Accountability: You take pride in your work and show up ready to contribute.
- Adaptability: You're comfortable wearing many hats and switching tasks as needed.
- Urgency: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay ahead of the "rush."
