Construction MEP Engineer

$60 per hour

We are looking for a Construction MEP Engineer in Des Moines, IA. Join Our Client to build the future of cloud data centers! Requires a BS in Engineering, 10+ yrs MEP experience, and CAD skills. Lead mission-critical projects and champion safety with a global tech innovator!

salary: $60 - 73 per hour
work hours: 8am to 4pm
education: Bachelors

responsibilities:

Lead field-related MEP mission-critical activities, resolving site conflicts and coordinating with project managers and design teams to unblock schedules.
Ensure project delivery aligns with development guidelines and cross-group objectives, acting as a relentless advocate for safety, quality, and cost management.
Research, design, develop, and test MEP devices while analyzing specifications to determine the time and cost feasibility of customer proposals.
Investigate equipment failures to diagnose faulty operations and provide expert recommendations to maintenance crews.
Interpret blueprints and schematics, assisting drafters in developing structural designs using CAD software and common engineering computations.
