Clinical Case Manager - Addiction & Mental Health Care

AAC is seeking a Case Manager to empower adults in recovery through individual, group, and family counseling. The role includes conducting initial and ongoing clinical assessments, applying evidence-based practices, and coordinating services within the treatment team. This position emphasizes advocacy for patients and collaborative care to support recovery and wellness. Shifts are 8:00 AM–8:30 PM or 7:30 AM–8:00 PM with every other weekend rotation; three 12-hour shifts weekly. #J-18808-Ljbffr QuickCruit
