We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced & dynamic Controller to join our growing team! This position will be responsible for all aspects of financial reporting, and for building our Accounting Team. This position can be located in either our Chester VA Office, or Louisa VA Office. Candidates in both locations encouraged to apply. Duties: Produce accurate and periodic financial reports, and supporting analytics & metrics on Refine & maintain systems of supporting records, with a set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk Develop systems to track efficiency and productivity of accounts payable, receivables, credits and collections, payroll, inventory integrity, and fixed assets records made by subordinates Comply with Federal, Multi-state, & Local government regulatory reporting and tax filings Coordinate with CPA's for annual Review & tax preparation Provide financial analysis on capital investments, pricing decisions and contract negotiations Support CFO/O in managing outsourced firms, commercial banking relationships, CPA firms, banks, lessors, insurance companies, and business managers in all locations Requirements: Oracle NetSuite, or similar ERP systems - 7+ years Inventory - 7+ years Cost Accounting - 7+ years Multi-state taxation - pass-thru entity & sales tax/resale - 7+ years Payroll processing and Time & Attendance systems - 7+ years Accounting personnel management - 7+ years Public accounting experience, preferred CPA or CPA candidate, preferred but not required Work Environment: In office - 100% Travel - local - 25% (no overnight) Travel - TX - 5% (overnight) Benefits: Bonus Health Dental Vision Short-term disability Long-term disability Life Insurance 401(k) retirement plan Vacation Sick Holidays Relocation cost reimbursement available 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Monday through Friday #J-18808-Ljbffr
