Givens Aldersgate is looking for a Part-Time CDL Driver to provide transportation to the residents of Givens Aldersgate in accordance with the Department of Transportation regulations for Commercial Drivers and Givens Aldersgate policies and procedures. What you'll do: Provides transportation for Aldersgate residents cross-campus and off campus in accordance with facility policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines. Exhibits a working knowledge of rules and regulations pertaining to a commercial driver’s license. Relays situations/problems concerning the residents, vehicles, other persons, etc. to appropriate staff, providing supportive documentation as appropriate. Perform pre-trip inspection prior to each trip and submit reports on a timely basis. Provides an atmosphere on the vehicles that is environmentally and emotionally pleasant for the riders. Accurately keeps co-workers and supervisor well informed on a timely basis, communicating through proper channels. Maintains confidentiality of communication and information related to residents, co-workers, etc. What you'll need: High School or Equivalent 1+ years of transportation experience CDL Compensation: $17.50 - $20.50 per hour, based on experience.
