Surgical Technologist

Position: Surgical Technologist – Evening Shift Location: Fargo, North Dakota (Level 1 Trauma Center) Work Shift: 8 Hours – Evening Shift (11:00 AM – 7:30 PM, Monday‑Friday, no call) Schedule: 40 hours per week Compensation: Salary Range: $24.00 – $38.50 per hour. Non‑certified techs start at $24/h, certified at $25.50/h, increase based on experience. $15,000 sign‑on bonus for eligible applicants with a two‑year work commitment. Union Status: No Responsibilities Assist the surgeon during procedures, preparing and organizing instruments and supplies. Anticipate the surgeon's needs during operations. Enrollment on the North Dakota Board of Nursing Unlicensed Assistive Personnel Registry at the time employment begins. National certification preferred but not required.
