Who are You at MacLellan? 

As the Facility Maintenance Supervisor, you are a part of Best People, you lead and supervise a team of Maintenance Technicians. You report to our Site Facilities Manager and work closely with our customer to identify maintenance opportunities for improving quality, reducing costs, increasing efficiency, and working within a team to ensure effective execution. You apply expertise in Industrial Facility Maintenance to perform all work safely while setting an example for quality. Your passion for providing exceptional customer service contributes to our world-class customer service reputation. Working as a business partner with our clients you are exceeding their expectations daily by implementing our Best Systems while you engage with our team to share your voice as we collectively identify and eliminate waste to deliver Best Results!

What are the skills necessary for success? 

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematic drawings
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair dock doors, levelers, and restraints
• Experience with MIG and TIG welding, certification preferred
• Experience troubleshooting 480-volt 3 phase and 120/24-volt control systems
• Experience with Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Carpentry

What education and experience are needed for success? 

• 3+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience
• High mechanical and electrical aptitude that can be demonstrated with standardized testing / or experience
• Journeyman status, equivalent training, or certification in an engineering discipline
• Ability to efficiently work with maintenance planning software packages such as eMaint, MP2, or Maximo
