Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Organize racks, merchandise clothing, tag and process product
• Ring out customers on the register and teach them how to sell to us
• Help make posts on our social media pages
• Assisting customers on the sales floor, in the dressing room and at the register
• Assisting with displays and housekeeping

Requirements:

• Team player with good people skills. Personable and pleasant. Ability to display a high level of energy without the need for motivation. Reliable and dependable with excellent work ethic

Fashion Buyer

Minimum Age: 18 yrs. old Part-time up to 35 hrs/wk Enjoy employee discount, flexible scheduling, and comfortable dress code where you can express your own style!

Responsibilities:

• Sort through incoming clothing to determine condition, style, on-trend, and sellable
• Select and price gently-used styles for our customers
• Merchandise clothing
• Explain to customers what we can purchase and how buying process works
• Give our offer to customers for their clothing, handling questions professionally and positively so they have a great experience whether or not we accepted their clothing

Requirements:

• Everything above in addition to Strong eye for fashion and current styles, understanding what is likely to sell to teens and young adults Able to complete tasks quickly and efficiently Able to communicate clearly with positivity and empathy to our customers

All positions have opportunities to quickly grow into promotions with raises including: Zone Lead, Shift Lead, Keyholder, Buyer, Asst. Manager, etc.
