SUMMARY The Filler Operator is responsible for operating filling equipment to accurately dispense liquid products into containers in a safe, efficient, and sanitary manner. This role is critical to ensuring product quality, consistency, and compliance with food safety standards. Remove protective packaging from empty containers or materials Inspect materials for damage or contamination Ensure clean and continuous supply to the production line Keep work area clean and organized Follow all safety and food quality standards Tends machine that fills pasteurised products into containers Examines containers from all lines for seals, labels, weights, dates, and valves Review with the lab for approvals of each product change on each machine Observes flow of milk into machine and remove defective containers Other duties as assigned BASIC REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in manufacturing setting preferred. Attention to detail for inspecting materials. Basic understanding of hygiene and safety procedures. They may also be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals. Work will occur in a refrigerated warehouse with temperatures as low as 34 degrees F.
