In this role, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, high-quality hospice care while managing patient plans and documentation with excellence.Position Overview:Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) serving Pittsburgh and nearby communities.Required Qualifications:Associate degree or higher in NursingActive and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of PennsylvaniaMinimum of 2 years of Hospice nursing experienceAt least 1 year of experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)Experience with TruChart EHR or other EMR systems is acceptableValid Drivers License, reliable transportation, and current auto insuranceAbility and willingness to travel locallyComfort using tablets, mobile devices, and clinical softwareKey Responsibilities:Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to manage and deliver individualized patient care plansProvide hospice nursing care to patients throughout Pittsburgh and surrounding areasEnsure timely, accurate charting and documentation in compliance with care standardsEffectively manage time, scheduling, and patient visits independentlyUtilize EMR systems and mobile technology to support efficient care deliverySchedule & Travel:Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMShared on-call coverage for holidays (approximately two holidays per year)Local travel requiredWhy Apply?This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients, work within a compassionate and collaborative team, and enjoy a stable weekday schedule with strong organizational support.
