Customer Service Rep(05123) - 261 Marion Oaks Blvd Full-time Job Category Org: Store Customer Service Rep Responsibilities Receive and process telephone orders. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler. Prepare product. Clean equipment and facility as requested. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person. Ability to do basic math skills (accurately give change). Have an outgoing personality with our customers; you will be our first contact with our phone in and carryout customers and will need to communicate with them in a friendly and professional manner. Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen monitor. Most tasks are performed from a standing position, there are no chairs for our employees, so you must be able to stand for long periods of time.
