RN Manager: Discharge & Quality Lead

The State of Washington’s DSHS SCC is seeking a Registered Nurse 4 to oversee the Medical Discharge Program at McNeil Island, supervising three RN staff and guiding discharge planning and medical management to support residents’ transitions to less restrictive settings. The RN4 will participate in statewide initiatives, conduct audits, track ADLs and medications, and provide 24-hour nursing supervision for certain residents. #J-18808-Ljbffr State of Washington
