Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM ( No Weekends!)

We are seeking a  Seasoned, Advanced Automotive Technician who excels in  complex diagnostics, steering, suspension, and precision alignments . If you are a top-tier tech who is tired of burning the candle at both ends, working weekend shifts, or fighting poor shop management, you’ll find a long-term home here. You’ll get to solve challenging driveability issues, mentor bright team members, and clock out every day at 4:30 PM with your weekends completely free.

What You’ll Do Daily:

• Advanced Diagnostics: Utilize modern diagnostic tools and scopes to isolate electrical, driveability, engine management, and complex vehicle systems issues.
• Specialized Repairs: Perform high-level steering, suspension, and alignment work, alongside routine maintenance and complex mechanical repairs.
• Inspect & Advise: Conduct thorough, honest vehicle evaluations and provide detailed recommendations so service advisors and customers clearly understand necessary repairs.
• Collaborate & Mentor: Serve as a senior technical voice in the shop, helping keep workflow efficient and supporting junior techs when needed.
• Document Work: Maintain clean, accurate repair orders, diagnostic notes, and service records.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on automotive repair and diagnostic experience (ASE certifications preferred or equivalent experience).
• Diagnostic Mastery: Deep, proven proficiency with electrical systems, drivability troubleshooting, and modern diagnostic tools.
• Specialty Focus: Strong expertise and confidence in suspension, steering, and advanced alignment geometry.
• Problem Solver: A methodical, analytical mindset with razor-sharp attention to detail.
• Team Player: Clear communication skills, a reliable work ethic, and a positive attitude that fits our family-first culture.
