As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) , you will play a vital role in our rehabilitation team, helping patients regain their independence and confidence after an illness or injury.

About the Role:

As a COTA, you will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to design and implement individualized treatment plans for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing rehabilitation exercises and activities to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination
• Modifying activities to accommodate patients' cognitive and physical abilities
• Documenting patient progress and communicating with healthcare teams
• Collaborating with Occupational Therapists to develop and modify treatment plans

Requirements:

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
