General Manager - Restaurant & Bar

Johnny J's Pub & Grille in Springfield is hiring a General Manager – Restaurant & Bar to run daily operations across the Hops & Shots program (over 120 beers and over 130 select spirits), the $5 for $5 Happy Hour, Working Women's Wednesday with $6 apps, and weekend brunch on E Waterloo Rd.

What you'll do:

• Lead and develop FOH and BOH teams
• Hire, train, coach, and hold employees accountable
• Manage scheduling, labor, and daily operations
• Ensure excellent guest service and food quality
• Control food, beverage, and labor costs
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and health department standards
• Manage inventory and ordering
• Help drive sales and restaurant profitability

What you'll need:

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, General Manager experience preferred
• Full-service restaurant or bar experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cost control
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
