Warehouse and Equipment Specialist

Job Summary Responsible for day-to-day operations of the warehouse, such as ordering, receiving deliveries, programming equipment, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Shipping and receiving RMAs of faulty equipment. Maintain a clean warehouse and surrounding areas, including outside areas. Operate a forklift safely. Order and maintain inventory minimum quantities. Pull needed equipment from inventory for new tower sites. Program equipment as needed. Prevent access to warehouse from unauthorized personnel. Loading and unloading boxes, trucks, and pallets. Other duties as assigned. Skills Must be able to communicate effectively with team and management. Must be able to work independently and be reliable. Must be organized and able to learn. Work with basic hand tools. Ability to lift/pull heavy equipment. Must have a team-oriented mentality and be safety conscious. Must pass a drug screening test and a criminal background check. Basic computer knowledge and Microsoft programs are preferred. Education and Experience High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Previous warehouse or similar experience preferred. Job Classification Warehouse Non-Exempt Work Environment / Hazards Working in a warehouse environment Working in outdoor elements such as cold, hot, precipitation, and wind In proximity of heavy machinery and moving vehicles Moderate noise level Physical Demands Frequently moving in and around the warehouse Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffoldings, ramps, poles, and the like, using feet and legs and/or hands and arms Frequently moving, transporting, positioning objects of 50 pounds or more Working Hours / Days Monday through Friday 7am – 4pm.
