$16 - $17.50/hour

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center, located in Lake Worth, FL. As a valued member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with mobility, transferring, and positioning residents

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to licensed nurses

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident care and services

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the care and services provided to our residents

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
