An established, award-winning patient care facility in Miramar, FL, is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join their team. This role offers a great work-life balance while providing quality care to a geriatric patient population, focusing on quality over quantity. The incoming physician will see 10-15 patients per day, practicing preventive medicine and following the latest published medical guidelines. Focuses on quality not quantity. Very experienced staff (MA's have 10 - 15 yrs exp.). In-house credentialing team. Responsibilities Seeing 10 to 15 patients per day. Detect and manage chronic diseases. Develop patient strategy to reduce hospitalization and ER visits. Collaborate with Case Managers and Specialty Providers. Educate patients on the value of compliance. Compensation $300K annual take home. Sign-on bonus based on candidate. Benefits Healthcare benefits kick in immediately. CME, PTO, Retirement plan. Malpractice coverage. Long term and short term disability. Shift & Schedule No Weekends. Requirements Completed US residency program. Experience in value based care.
