Associate Veterinarian

Legacy Animal Hospital in Henderson, Nevada, is looking for an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join our growing practice. This role offers flexible full‑time or part‑time schedules to accommodate work‑life balance. About the Role Full‑time (4 days/week: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday) or partial‑time (2–3 days/week: Thursday, Friday, Saturday). Key responsibilities include: Provide high‑quality small animal medical and surgical care. Perform diagnostic imaging, dentistry, laser therapy, and geriatric/pain management. Maintain patient records and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Engage clients with clear communication and excellent customer service. Participate in ongoing education and mentorship opportunities. Our Practice We are a full‑service small animal hospital offering surgical services, digital radiology, in‑house pathology, laser therapy, dentistry, and specialized care in geriatric medicine and pain management. Qualifications 2+ years of veterinary experience. DVM or VMD, with a valid Nevada veterinary license (or eligible to obtain one). Ability to obtain a DEA license. Excellent client communication and customer service skills. Dedication to continued education and professional development.
