Spotter Driver Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:30pm)

• Spotter Driver to transport materials and trailers between facilities while supporting warehouse and logistics operations
• Ability to safely move trailers, communicate with production teams, and assist with warehouse operations as needed
• Drive tractor-trailers between plants and warehouse locations
• Move materials, parts, aluminum chips, and ingots between facilities.
• Communicate with supervisors and forklift operators regarding material movement needs
• Hook up trailer airlines, chock wheels, and follow all safety procedures
• Assist with loading and unloading trailers when needed
• Support warehouse operations including loading, unloading, repacking shipments, and other assigned duties

Spotter Driver Qualifications:

• This role requires a Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• Ability to sit for extended periods while driving
• Frequent use of hands, arms, and feet while operating equipment
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
• Ability to meet vision requirements necessary for safe vehicle operation
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
