We specialize in Behavioral Health Law, focusing on the Marchman Act and Guardianship, providing lifesaving guidance to families in crisis. Responsibilities: • • Welcome clients warmly, ensuring they feel valued and heard from their first interaction. • Coordinate client appointments and manage schedules to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates. • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure seamless communication and information flow between clients and attorneys. • Maintain accurate client records and documentation, safeguarding confidentiality and compliance. • Proactively identify client needs and offer solutions, enhancing their overall experience with our firm. • Facilitate client feedback sessions, using insights to refine and improve service delivery continually. Qualifications: • • Experience in client-facing roles, demonstrating a strong ability to build rapport and trust. • Ability to manage multiple schedules efficiently, ensuring seamless coordination and client satisfaction. • Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise between clients and legal teams. • Proficiency in using scheduling and client management software to streamline operations. • Ability to proactively identify client needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience. • Experience in gathering and utilizing client feedback to drive continuous improvement in service delivery. Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000

Compensation:
$70,000-$75,000 per year
