Join the PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. team as a MACHINE OPERATOR for a a global leader in industrial automation, software, and engineering services. We're seeking passionate, dedicated individuals to grow with us and make an impact!

Shift: 3rd shift working Sun- Thu 11 PM - 7 AM (1/2 hour unpaid lunch)

Payrate: $ 19/ hour (paid weekly)

Key responsibilities for the role include:

Operate CNC and conventional machines including lathes, mills, grinders, saws, drill presses, and welders

Perform sanding, deburring, and finishing operations as required

Understand and apply proper machining techniques, cutting speeds, feeds, and coolant requirements

Inspect parts to ensure quality standards and specifications are met

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Communicate effectively with team members and support continuous improvement efforts

Qualified Candidate must have:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar manufacturing role

Strong understanding of machining processes and equipment

Welding knowledge is a plus

2–4 years of machining experience preferred
