Overview An established, award-winning hospital in Southern California is seeking a dedicated Nursing Supervisor to join their Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) on the night shift. Position Summary The Nursing Supervisor will provide leadership to nursing staff during night shifts, ensuring optimal patient care and unit performance. This includes overseeing daily operations, supporting clinical decision‑making, and maintaining compliance with professional standards. This position plays a key role in maintaining high standards for patient care in a high‑acuity, fast‑paced ICU environment.
