We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including acute care, medical offices, and critical care environments. - Conduct thorough patient assessments and document medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Provide support for patients with behavioral health issues and ensure a safe environment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care activities in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
- Experience in acute care or critical care settings preferred.
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus.
- Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing compassionate patient care.
