The Role You’ll be the person who ensures every beam, weld, and connection leaving the facility meets the standard the industry expects — and the standard the company is known for. Lead and mentor the plant quality team, setting daily inspection priorities Oversee welding, fit‑up, and fabrication quality against industry codes Coordinate NDT activities and maintain accurate inspection records Prepare the facility for certification audits and maintain compliance documentation Partner with production, project management, and external inspectors to resolve issues quickly and confidently The Candidate You’re someone who takes pride in precision and knows how to build a culture of quality on the shop floor.
