Associate Creative Director

Current Global is looking for an Associate Creative Director who lives at the intersection of culture and creativity. This is a role for someone who knows how to earn attention rather than buy it, creating ideas that travel organically without relying on massive media budgets. You will lead creative across a mix of major consumer brands, developing earned-first campaigns that show up in feeds, media headlines, and everyday conversations. Translate sharp insights and strategy into compelling creative concepts. Dream up bold, culturally relevant ideas that flow across social platforms and media channels fluidly. Work collaboratively with strategy, media, and client experience teams to build breakthrough campaigns. Help drive new business efforts, from the initial ideation and narrative crafting to the live pitch. Mentor junior creatives and help shape a collaborative, high-performing team. Stay fluent in the feed and remain a student of culture so you can bring fresh, relevant thinking to the work. What You’ll Bring 5+ years of experience in creative roles managing projects and teams across advertising, digital, social media, publishing, or PR. A portfolio packed with work that actually earns attention and sparks real conversations. Exceptional writing skills across formats and platforms. Experience creating integrated campaigns that blend social, influencer, PR, and experiential. A team-first mindset, entrepreneurial energy, and a genuine love for great ideas. Confidence in the room and the ability to present, persuade, and inspire. A commitment to mentorship, inclusivity, and constantly pushing the work forward.
