What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems accurately and efficiently

• Perform routine service and maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps

• Communicate clearly with customers, explaining issues and solutions in an easy-to-understand way

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle

• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and respond promptly to service calls

• Accurately document work performed, parts used, and system condition

• Follow all safety standards and company procedures while working independently

• Collaborate with dispatch and team members to ensure efficient service delivery

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience (residential/light commercial preferred)

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across HVAC equipment

• Proven hands-on field service and repair experience

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• EPA Certification (required)

• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, safety practices, and industry standards

Work Environment

• Field-based role – dispatch directly from home

• Approximately 90% residential / 10% light commercial work

• Typical schedule: 45–50 hours per week

• Rotating on-call (occasional evenings/weekends)

• Work performed in indoor and outdoor environments using standard HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58200.00 - $73000.00/yr.
