Oversee vendor relationships and ensure services provided meet the standards set by the community associations. Prepare and manage annual budgets for each community association, ensuring financial stability and transparency. Coordinate and attend regular board meetings, providing updates on community operations and addressing any concerns or issues. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and community association governing documents. Work closely with community association board members to address homeowner concerns and maintain a positive community environment.
