Experienced Paraprofessionals — San Ramon, CA 
Location: Danville, CA
Employment Type: Full-time school-year paraprofessionals; multiple positions available

What you’ll do

• Provide direct instructional and behavioral support to students with special needs in classroom and pull-out settings.
• Implement individualized instruction and assist with daily living and social skills as required by IEPs.
• Collect and report objective data, follow behavior plans, and communicate with supervising teacher/therapist.
• Support inclusion by assisting students during general education activities and transitions.
  Must-have qualifications
• Prior paraprofessional experience supporting students with special needs; candidate must be experienced and confident with moderate-to-intensive caseloads.
• Ability to manage behavior supports and follow IEP/teacher plans accurately.
• Professional, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must meet California paraprofessional requirements (e.g., required education or para-educator certification if applicable) and pass background checks.

Preferred

• Experience in specialized programs (e.g., autism, life skills, behavior intervention).
• Training/certifications in positive behavior support, CPI or similar de-escalation techniques.
