Civil Engineering Project ManagerLocation: Indianapolis, INPosition SummaryJob Description JQOL is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager. We are looking for a great candidate to join our growing company. The successful candidate will work with a team to ensure projects are designed in accordance with current manuals and specifications, as well as following accepted industry practices and procedures.The chosen applicant will be integrally involved in project management, client relations, and staff allocation. As well as plan development and detailed calculations as needed. We need our team members to be versatile, enthusiastic, and have a highly team-oriented mindset. Key ResponsibilitiesWork will include but not be limited to financial performance of projects, staff oversight and direction, CAD design, plan details, technical specifications, estimating, quantity calculations, technical reports, permitting, shop drawing review, and engineering analyses.The chosen applicant will work closely with the JQOL design team as well as other design partners and clients as needed.The successful candidate will gain great experience in civil engineering in Indiana and throughout the Midwest.Key AbilitiesCAD/Revit DesignPlan Sheet ProductionTechnical WritingAbility to manage and delegate tasks to team membersCan complete project from start to finishDemonstrated skills of oversite and checking of less experienced team member's workPreferred Qualifications4-year degree in civil engineering with 4-6 years' related work experience is preferredProfessional Engineer in Indiana or Kentucky is requiredExperience with site design is requiredFamiliarity with and a desire to continue to learn AutoCAD / Civil 3DProficiency with Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, Access, and Power PointWhy Join Our Team?Unlimited growth potentialStrong industry leadershipFlexible work scheduleOpportunity to make an impactExciting projects already lined upSupportive and collaborative team environmentOpportunities to learn, grow, and develop your career
