LoanMax- Customer Service Representative
LoanMax in Waterloo, IA is holding open interviews for the customer service representative position on Monday, September 28th from 11am-4pm. If you're interested in interviewing, please stop by anytime during this window and ask to speak with the area manager. Please bring a copy of your resume (either a paper copy or a digital copy).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service
- Loan processing
- Cash handling
- Collection calls
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to work full time
- Have a high school degree or equivalent
- Basic computer and data entry experience
- Collections experience preferred
- Criminal background check
- Consumer credit check
- Drug screen
Incentives:
- Full-Time Position: Monday – Friday 10am-6pm, Saturday 9am-2pm, closed on Sundays!
