Receptionist for Oral Surgery Practice Oral and Facial Surgery Skokie, IL Front Desk Responsibilities Welcome patients with a friendly and professional attitude Check patients in and check patients out Schedule and confirm appointments Collect payments and review treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate patient records Help create a positive, 5-star patient experience What We’re Looking For Experience in a medical or dental office preferred (willing to train the right candidate) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Friendly, professional communication Attention to detail Positive, team-oriented mindset Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems We offer a supportive team environment and opportunities for growth within our expanding practice. #J-18808-Ljbffr NSCOFS
