Venture Home is hiring a Solar Sales Consultant.
We view the sales process in solar to be educational and we realize that it is an emotional decision for people to make the switch, so we focus on making sure that our customers understand not just how solar works, but also where the money is coming from to help pay for their project so that it doesn't seem "too good to be true". What you’ll bring:
- Sales experience - Required
- Outside sales (In-home sales) - preferred
- Solar experience – welcomed
- Willingness to learn
- Base salary plus commission
- 401k match program
- Health, Dental, and Vision insurance
- Paid Time Off
- Base salary + uncapped commission (OTE $100,000-$200,000)
