Ruth Pokipala - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual in both English and Spanish required (no exceptions)
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Willing to obtain a 4-40 insurance license.
