BoatJunkie Sales and Service is seeking a driven BILINGUAL Sales Consultant to join our Sales Team.
BoatJunkie Sales and Service is a leading provider of high-quality boats and exceptional customer service and one of Top 100 Best Boat Dealer in North America.
Our main goal is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction through a professional, well-trained, motivated team of employees. We're not just a company; we're a crew that's dedicated to fostering an environment where growth, fulfillment, and excellence thrive.
Ideal Candidate must be fluent in Spanish, have genuine passion for boating and a strong understanding of boats and industry. They will be efficient and proactive in their responsibilities and aid in achieving company goals by ensuring 100% customer satisfaction while complying with company procedures.
As a Sales Consultant, you will effectively engage customers in a professional and exciting boat buying experience while providing outstanding customer service.
This is a performance-based, 100 % COMMISSION ONLY position, offering unlimited earning potential for motivated and results-driven individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and product knowledge
- Proactively engage with potential customers in the community
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable watersports solutions
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing client relationships
- Foster long-term customer loyalty and encourage referrals
- Stay informed on industry trends, events, and share updates with clients
- Explain warranties and dealership service policies clearly
- Ensure compliance with all relevant sales and financing regulations
- Support and participate in promotional events such as boat shows and auctions
Requirements:
- Bilingual Skill is Required (English - Spanish)
- Proven sales success, ideally in the marine or related industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled in negotiation and closing sales
- Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in CRM and sales tracking software
