Registered Nurse (RN)
Shift: NOC | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Schedule: 3 days on / 3 days off rotation
Pay Range: $45.00 – $50.00 per hour , DOE

Trellis Chino is a 59-bed short-term skilled nursing facility conveniently located just off the 60 Freeway, directly across from Chino Valley Medical Center. Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise LVNs and CNAs

• Provide direct nursing care by initiating and implementing treatment plans

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders

• Prepare and manage IV therapy, draw blood, and administer injections

• Monitor residents’ conditions using sound clinical judgment to ensure optimal care

• Admit and discharge residents as needed

• Communicate changes in residents’ conditions to physicians and interdisciplinary team members

• Maintain ongoing communication with residents’ families regarding care and condition updates
