$90,000-150,000+ Annually
Monday–Friday | Saturdays & Sundays Off

You've spent years building your skills, and that experience matters.

We're looking for a qualified automotive professional who takes pride in the craft, values honesty and integrity, and has the skill to diagnose and repair vehicles correctly. At Accurate Auto Group, our technicians consistently average 180–200 flagged hours per month. We have an immediate opening for an experienced Automotive Technician at our Parker, AZ shop.

We're family-owned and independently operated, but we run professional systems: organized dispatch, experienced Service Advisors, digital inspections, modern diagnostic equipment and established processes.

We know experienced flat-rate technicians want to know this before almost anything else.

Our Parker shop has an established customer base and consistent repair demand. We invest heavily in marketing, customer retention, technology and Service Advisor training because technicians can't earn great money without vehicles in their bays.

Our technicians consistently average 180–200 flagged hours per month.

COMING FROM A DEALERSHIP?

You'll recognize the structure.

You'll have professional Service Advisors, organized dispatch, digital inspections, modern diagnostic resources and established repair processes.

What you won't have is a huge corporate hierarchy or a massive technician roster.

You'll know the people making the decisions—and they'll know you.

YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and electrical skills
• Experience with engine, drivetrain, suspension, steering, brakes and HVAC
• ASE certifications or equivalent industry experience
• Your own professional tools
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to diagnose difficult problems efficiently
• Strong inspection and documentation habits
• Pride in fixing vehicles correctly the first time
• Integrity, accountability and pride in your workmanship

We're looking for an experienced technician—not someone who needs to be taught the basics.

If you're good at what you do, we want to give you the work, systems and support to make the most of it.

CONSIDERING A MOVE TO PARKER?

For qualified candidates, relocation and retention assistance of up to $6,000 may be available and can include:
