Role Overview: As a Dedicated Caregiver at Assisting Hands Home Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate in-home support to seniors and individuals with disabilities. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to ensure that each client maintains their dignity and independence through personalized care. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll have the flexibility to make a meaningful difference in our clients' lives in Jasper, Tennessee. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs according to each client's preferences. Provide medication reminders and monitor adherence to prescribed treatments. Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable environment. Assist with errands and transportation to facilitate clients’ mobility and social engagement. Offer companionship and engage in meaningful conversations to build relationships with your clients. Qualifications: You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine compassion for helping others. Excellent communication abilities in English. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Reliable transportation for commuting to clients' homes. Bonus If You: Hold a certification in CPR or First Aid. Have experience working with elderly populations or individuals with disabilities. Speak additional languages, enhancing communication with clients. Employment Type & Availability: This position is available for both Full-Time and Part-Time roles, with flexible scheduling throughout the week including weekends. Location: This position is on-site only, based in Jasper, Tennessee.
