About Your Work Join a team of 1 physician, 2 NPs, and 2 Audiologists Onsite Audiology and testing available along with experienced support staff First Assist surgical support Flexible scheduling model: days outpatient vs. days OR (provider preference) The outpatient clinic is conveniently located adjacent to advanced, award‑winning Seton Medical Center Harker Heights Well stocked modern OR with ample block time Top‑tier visualization (Leica microscope and 4K endoscopes) Advanced nerve monitoring (Medtronic NIM Vital) Versatile powered instrumentation (Straight Shot console) Innovative tissue identification (PTeye) Office schedule: M-F/8-5 4 Administrative hours/week General ENT only or the ability to specialize in Ears, Laryngology or Head & Neck Surgery if that is of interest Average 18-30 patients/day (varies depending on outpatient, OR or a mix or OR/Outpatient) Smart Technology: See more patients without extending your day.
