Finance Transactional Paralegal 80,000 - 100,000 We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Transactional Paralegal to support attorneys with transactional matters, including document preparation, due diligence, closings, filings, and post-closing work. Responsibilities: Prepare and review financing, corporate, and UCC documents. Conduct lien and public-record searches. Coordinate signatures, closing checklists, and transaction deliverables. Obtain corporate records, certificates, and required identification numbers. Maintain organized electronic files and track post-closing items. Communicate with attorneys, clients, and outside vendors. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certification preferred.
