Job Summary

Art of Drawers is looking for part-time installation partners who are skilled craftsmen who know how to use a toolbox, saw, drill, and level and want to be known for providing a platinum level of service.

We Offer

Averages $40–$60 per hour depending on pace and project size.

3-Day Training: Hands-on instruction covering installation standards, product systems, troubleshooting, and finish expectations.

Direct track to Lead Installer with potential pay increase.

High-Value DIFM Customers – Homeowners who pay for quality and often request additional projects.

Low Risk, High Support – Materials provided and minimal administrative burden.

Opportunities for Bonuses & Referral Fees – Performance-based rewards available.

Additional Client Work – Many installers build ongoing relationships that lead to direct side projects outside of Art of Drawers.

Requirements

Experience in carpentry, cabinetry, handyman work, or skilled trades.

Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, precise craftsmanship.

Professional, punctual, customer-respectful demeanor.

Comfort with standardized install methods and quality guidelines.

Ability to identify issues early and communicate clearly.

Tools and transportation appropriate for delivering and installing product.

Cabinet refacing or related experience is a plus as our offerings continue to expand.
