Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care in an Intermediate Care Unit.
• Manage patient ratios of 1:6; 1:4 for Heart Cath patients.
• Administer and monitor PCA Pumps, IV pumps, and Chest Tubes.
• Collaborate with 8 RNs and 3 Patient Care Techs on night shifts.
• Perform central lines and medication drips procedures.
• Ensure a positive patient care experience.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with minimum 1-year acute care hospital telemetry experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Prior experience with Meditech preferred.
• NIH Stroke Certification is a plus.
• Strong critical thinking and independent working skills.
• Positive attitude and engagement with patients.
