Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of clients seeking mental health support, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and assessments to create clear and actionable treatment plans.
- Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities suited to the client's unique needs.
- Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and state regulations, while also facilitating effective communication with the treatment team.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive treatment strategies are developed and enacted.
- Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the organization.
- Enhance client and family understanding of mental health conditions and available resources, actively providing education on coping strategies and treatment processes.
- Stay current on the latest developments and research in mental health to incorporate innovative practices into your therapeutic approach.
- Manage a diverse caseload of clients to ensure timely and effective support while upholding high ethical and professional standards established by your licensing board.

Qualifications
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
