Product Manager - Own the Roadmap, Lead the Market

About the Role As a Product Manager at DAS, you will own the strategic vision, roadmap, and end-to-end lifecycle of your products. You will be the driving force that connects market opportunities, customer needs, and business goals into a clear plan—and then mobilizes cross-functional teams to execute. What You’ll Do Define and clearly communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and business goals. Lead the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, including requirements, prioritization, usability testing, and managing deadlines. Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and sales to ensure on-time, high-quality releases. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify differentiation, new opportunities, and winning strategies. Champion the voice of the customer, using data and feedback to iterate and improve features that move the needle. Define and track key product KPIs (adoption, usage, satisfaction, and growth) and act quickly on performance insights. Lead go-to-market efforts with marketing and sales to drive adoption, revenue, and market share. Present product performance, roadmap progress, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership with clarity and conviction. Day-to-Day Impact Daily: Remove execution roadblocks, refine priorities, review feedback, and keep teams aligned to the roadmap. Weekly: Run cross-functional syncs, adjust plans based on new data, and update stakeholders on progress and risks. Monthly: Report on KPIs, market trends, and upcoming bets to leadership, and refine strategy based on performance. As Needed: Lead special initiatives around product innovation, customer engagement, and competitive positioning. What You Bring Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role owning product strategy, roadmap, and delivery. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn insights into decisive action. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority. Excellent verbal and written communication skills—comfortable presenting to leadership and customers. Bias for action, comfort with change, and a track record of shipping and iterating quickly.
